An amazing pizza wine, and great with poultry and fish as well!

Populis Reverseé | Mendocino, California
A bar staff favorite! The Reversée is made with a technique we call the 'reverse saignée.' 1/2 of the grapes in this wine are pressed to rosé juice and added back to a tank of destemmed fruit. This results in a red wine that is so light that it’s basically a rosé. This wine is JUICY and fruity, with a rich acid and very light tannin. Perfect with a pizza, pasta, lighter meat option, or seafood.
